Terms/Conditions of Sales Agreement
Deposit- 25% (or no less then $50 per goat) of the sales price is the deposit to hold an animal. They will then be marked "sale pending" The deposit is non-refundable and must be recieved in 7 days to hold any animal.
Payment in full is required before any animal leaves our property
Boarding fee - there is a boarding fee after the first 14 days of sale or weaning date which ever is first. Unless other arrangements have ben made.
If an animal is NOT picked up by Date Stated and no call from buyer then I will see it as a failure to comply. This is a termination of sale agreement and the goat will be listed for sale again. I understand things happen but I do ask you to please call and let me know you need to change the pick up.
In the event that something happens to an animal that has a deposit on it, the buyer will have first choice of others for sale at or near the original sales price. A full refund will be given if and only if we have no other equal in value goats available at that time.
Health certificates and vet bills are at the buyers expense
Boarding Fees start 2 weeks after non-refundable Deposit is recieved unless other arrangements have been made.

PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE:
1. Medical testing and Health certificates/Inspections
required by the Buyer or the State that goat(s) are going
to be moved to.
2. Buyer is responsible for payment of all tests and
health papers. All Bills must be paid for before goat(s)
are picked up or leave the property.
3. All Tests are to be done before goat(s) are picked up.
We accept Cash, Money Orders and Personal Checks
(must clear bank before goat(s) are picked up).
If you are paying in full on pick up date it needs
to be cash or Money orders, ect.
NO Personal checks!!!!!!!
I require the checks to clear the banks before
goats leave and that can't be done with a
personal check. Personal checks can' be
used for a deposit but you can't pick the
goats up until I know the bank has cleared it.

All Payment/Bills (vet, board, goat, ect..) must
be made and clear bank before goat(s) are
picked up.
Payment Meanings
Sale Pending = waiting on a deposit
On Hold = deposit recieved
Sold = paid in full
Breeding to our Bucks!
We don't Breed to outside Does.
The reason is that we test for CL and don't want to take
the chance of exposure. These tests are not that cheap.
We will bred to a Doe we are selling.
that is 10 months & 80#'s or older to a bucks for a fee before leaving the farm.
I prefer to have the does at least 100 #'s to 110 #'s depending on the size of
that does dam's adult size. We will Not breed Does younger than 10 months and
less than 80 pounds.
I also will not breed to a doe on her first heat after weaning. She must go
through at least one heat cycle after wean which most of the time is some
where between 7 and 10 days after a full weaning.

There is always a chance of a false heat! I ask that does be left in for 24 days past
any breeding that has happened to make sure it wasn't a false heat and that the
first breeding took place.
I use a making harness on my boys so I know who has been bred and when. I have had false heats and does rebred with in 5 to 11 days from the first markings. That is why I ask that the doe be in with the bucks 24 days past the date the doe was marked so I can see if it was a false heat or maybe she didn't take.
A doe must go through one heat cycle after being weaned before breeding back to a buck. Goats being sold bred to a buck will be marked " Expose ".
Live Delivery of fetus(s) is NOT Guaranteed!
Lots of things can happen during 5 months of pregancy like
pregnancy toxemia and other outside influances
after goat leaves our property that could cause
lose of kids, Mom or both mom and kids. Trasportation
and new environments are stressful on any animal
and could cause the loss of a pregnancy and the goats
could get sick from being moved also.
I can't predict what God and Nature have planned.
